Discovery Call

This is a brief call with Dr. Astrea to determine whether your case is a good fit for her online consultation services.

​

This call is focused on scope and readiness, not on diagnosis or a full care plan.

​​

Once your application is reviewed, Dr. Astrea will contact you to schedule a 20-minute Discovery Call if your case appears to be a potential fit.

​

Discovery Call Fee: $65
If you are accepted and book your first full appointment within 14 days, this fee will be credited in full toward that appointment.

Note: Dr. Astrea accepts a limited number of cases. If your case is not a fit at this time, you will be directed to the most appropriate next step and resources (books, protocols, and classes) when applicable.

Functional Nutrition Initial Consultation​

 

A thoughtful beginning to your functional medicine journey, this consultation includes a review of your history and questionnaire to help uncover important patterns within your health story.

This testing is an amazing use of bio-technology and brings nuance to your health and the understanding of patterns throughout your life cycle.​

This menu offers targeted testing options that can be added to your visit as needed.

 

Tests are selected based on your case and goals; not every test is appropriate for every person. As with all functional assessments, they do not diagnose or treat disease. 

​

May include:

• $25 -Neuro-Meiridan Analysis (NMA) – Muscle response testing to check for possible organ stress patterns.

• $10 - Zinc Tally Test – Simple taste test to screen functional zinc status.

• $15 - Urine Tests – Basic or specialty urine checks for hydration, metabolism, or detox patterns.

• Variable cost - Hormone Panels – Focused thyroid, adrenal, cortisol, or sex hormone testing.

• $10 - Adrenal Blood Pressure Test – Postural BP check for adrenal stress patterns.

• $15 - Barne's Thyroid Iodine Screening – Basic evaluation for possible iodine insufficiency.

Wellness Consulting

 

​This is a 30-minute, tailored, Zoom consultation to be used for review and management of your path to wellness. 

 

​This session can be added to ther services and used to functionally review labs & test results, for life & spiritual  consulting, and to change phases of your journey.

Functional Wellness Laboratory Tests.

 

This is the functional lab panel with 7-biomarkers included for a functional evaluation. This must be done at a LabCorp lab.

You will receive a detalied nutritional report based on the lab results and a Zoom review with dietary and supplement recommendations.

Functional Health Select Package

This is a 30-minute, monthly subscription package for the serious wellness advocate to assist them along their healing journey.

​

Once per month, they will spend 60 minutes reviewing, learning,  maintaining accountability, and integrating their changes. This is available through auto pay only.

The package includes:

1. Solstace service or Rays Wellness Consultation

2. 1 bottle of homeopathy 

3. Shift Wellness Chiropractic session

​This  is a 15 minute fascial-forward chiropractic session that does not diagnose illness nor treat pain.

​

This session is to enhance the body's healing abilities and may include:

-Instrument-Assisted, Fascia-Forward Chiropractic

-Neuro-Meridian or Zyto testing

-Stretching

-Homeopathic and nutritional recommendations.

 

This is recommended 1-4x per month for general well-being and prevention purposes.

This is a qualified wellness service, available only to established patients already engaged in holistic care at Natural Wayz (such as functional medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support), so that biochemical and structural changes align.
