ALIGN is the structural and wellness care pathway at Natural Wayz.
Care is centered on instrument-assisted chiropractic adjustment, while also recognizing that movement, nervous-system regulation, nutrition, lifestyle, and other functional factors influence how the body feels and responds.
Patients may choose focused chiropractic care, a RESTORE package for concentrated support, or a THRIVE somatic wellness subscription for a more personalized and ongoing wellness relationship.
REVEAL
Wellness Mapping Experience
REVEAL is the entry point into the ALIGN wellness pathway.
Through a series of three guided visits, we gather information, identify patterns, establish your Wellness Map, and create a personalized strategy designed around your goals, lifestyle, and current stage of health.

FOCUSED CHIROPRACTIC CARE
ALIGN Adjustment
A brief, focused adjustment of up to three or four regions for established patients who want a quick chiropractic visit without the additional wellness consultation and subscription benefits included in THRIVE.
Investment: $60
Kids’ Adjustment (ages 17 and under)
A gentle adjustment for children.
Investment: $40, or included in a parent’s THRIVE subscription.
RESTORE
Concentrated Care Packages
Sometimes the body needs a concentrated stretch of care before it can hold a new pattern, whether during an acute flare-up or after REVEAL, as you build toward lasting change.
RESTORE packages offer focused chiropractic care at a reduced cost per adjustment.

RESTORE 6: six adjustments over about three weeks, for acute flare-ups.

RESTORE 9: nine adjustments over about five weeks.

RESTORE 21: twenty-one adjustments over about eleven weeks.

Payment may be made in full or in installments. Superbills are available, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted for RESTORE packages.
If a concern requires deeper functional investigation, dedicated plan development, or more extensive case management, a separate functional medicine consultation may be recommended.
When your package is complete, THRIVE helps you hold what you’ve built.

For an ongoing, personalized wellness relationship, ALIGN care continues through THRIVE, the Natural Wayz somatic wellness subscription.

THRIVE is for individuals who want an ongoing, personalized wellness relationship built on consistency.
How it works
Your subscription gives you monthly credits. Each credit equals about 15 minutes of one-on-one time with Dr. Astrea.
Your credits, your choice. Each month, you decide how to spend your credits: chiropractic care, functional medicine, or, by invitation, Kathara. You receive whichever services you choose.

Sage Wayz consults are held on Zoom.
In-person Full Consults add $10.
Credits are use-it-or-lose-it. They refresh each billing month and do not roll over or convert to cash. No refunds.

Subscriptions are 3-month terms that renew automatically. Auto-pay by card.

THRIVE is a somatic wellness subscription. Assessments evaluate wellness and balance and are not used to diagnose. It is not billed to insurance, no superbills are provided, and HSA and FSA cards are not accepted.

Zoom visits are available for those located in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
